This Zippo lighter features a decorative emblem plate attached to a high-polish brass 205 base, showcasing a detailed southwestern eagle theme. The silver-toned emblem depicts a large, fierce eagle head in profile at the top, while a second golden-toned eagle is shown in full flight below. To the right, a prominent sunburst motif is centered with a vibrant blue turquoise stone, framed by a copper-colored gear-like halo. The background of the emblem is textured like weathered rock or bark, and the piece is finished with a small blue turquoise bead at the bottom and a sturdy golden lanyard loop attached to the eagle's talon.     For international orders, delivery typically takes 20–30 days depending on the destination and local customs process. 
  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges and delivery estimates (e.g., Standard, Express) will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your delivery address.
  • Delivery estimates begin after the initial processing time has been completed.

3. Zippo Fuel and Safety Regulations

  • Important Notice: Due to international and domestic shipping regulations, all Zippo lighters are shipped without fuel (lighter fluid). You will need to purchase Zippo lighter fluid separately once your order is received.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through the provided link.

Due to the highly customized nature of our laser-engraved and handcrafted Zippo lighters, CLuxvn has a specific return and refund policy:

Non-Returnable Items (Custom Lighters)

  • All personalized Zippo lighters (with custom engraving/design) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because the item is uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.
  • Exceptions are only made for items that are damaged during shipping or defective (e.g., a mechanical issue with the Zippo insert or an error in the engraving that deviates from the confirmed design proof).

Damaged or Defective Items (Exception)

  • If your product arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, you must contact us at cluxvnllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Upon confirmation of the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion, offer you a full refund or a replacement free of charge.

Refunds (Processing)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
