Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time (The Customization Period)

• All our models are custom-crafted products, therefore it will take approximately 7–10 bussiness days for your order to be prepared and ready for shipment. For international orders, delivery typically takes 20–30 days depending on the destination and local customs process.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your delivery address.
• Delivery estimates begin after the initial processing time has been completed.

3. Zippo Fuel and Safety Regulations

• Important Notice: Due to international and domestic shipping regulations, all Zippo lighters are shipped without fuel (lighter fluid). You will need to purchase Zippo lighter fluid separately once your order is received.

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through the provided link.
